ICSE is a global organisation that assists learning in children's social care and education through linking people up at practice level throughout England and Wales and internationally. LATEST NEWS... ICSE has recently met with Children’s Minister Tim Loughton to urge him to reinstate the National Centre for Excellence in Residential Child Care (NCERCC).
